Two components polyurea spray elastomer is a new solvent-free, pollution-free green application technology developed to meet environmental protective requirements in recent two decades abroad. The two components spray polyurea must be performed with special imported equipment which worth 200 thousand RMB and operators with special technical skills. In order to facilitate the application and solution of practical problems for the customers, SWD Urethane Co., USA developed one component hand brushable thick film polyurea which can be brushed or roller application. After entered the market of USA, it has been called as liquid membrane sheets and been successfully used in the fields of building roof waterproof anticorrosion projects, large concrete pool waterproof anticorrosion projects, underground work waterproof anticorrosion project and etc.
Characteristics
Applied with unique formula, through scientific synthetic process, the coating has high adhesive strength with substrate. It has large amount of urea bond, buret bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond to get excellent mechanical physical and anticorrosion properties. SWD one component solvent-free thick film coating can be long-term exposed to sunlight and anti-aging and resistant to acid, alkali, salt, water. One component product is easy to apply without spray machine needed. The service life can reach above 15 years if strictly confirm the regular application standard.
