Characteristics
Through unique precision formulation and scientific procedure, taking the special water base high molecule polymer resin and high quality nanomaterials as main material, SWD960 anticorrosion protective elastic coating could be mainly applied for metal pipelines, storage external walls protection in industrial and petrochemical enterprises. It has excellent characteristics of high covering rate, salt spray resistance, UV stable and anti-aging against high temperature 130℃, no peel off against low temperature -40℃. It is also has specification of high sealing performance, penetration resistance, anti-rust and anticorrosion, high adhesive strength with substrate and bond well with the following coatings. As one component water base product it is easy to apply without damages to people’s health and pollution to the environment ambient.
